be distributed in three ways:
- electronically as an Adobe PDF file attachment via
email (free)
- read or print from this Web site (free except for
ink and paper if printed)
- mailed to your home address (request donation of
$10 per year to cover costs)
PDF files are automatically opened with a program
called Acrobat Reader. If you don't have Acrobat Reader
on your computer, you can download it free by
clicking the image below and following the instructions:
NOTE: If you have
